Delivery Lead - Banbury: £60,000pa - 70,000pa plus Performance Bonus & Benefits. Bibby Financial Services are growing, and we're looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Transformation Team in Banbury. The Delivery Lead is a key enabler of Agile delivery across cross-functional squads comprising Technology, Operations, Risk, and other business units. This role ensures initiatives progress seamlessly from design through build to embed, delivering value at every stage while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. - Set up, run, and guide squads through Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Facilitate effective sprint execution, ensuring alignment to business priorities and transformation objectives.
- Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and delivery of agreed business outcomes.
- Identify and resolve blockers promptly to maintain delivery momentum.
- Work closely with Change and Adoption Manager to embed activities within sprints, ensuring readiness and smooth transition to BAU.
- Design: Support early-stage planning, backlog refinement, and solution shaping.
- Build: Drive development and execution of deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Embed: Ensure solutions are adopted and sustained within business operations.
- Track and report squad performance using Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) into portfolio management dashboards.
- Promote a culture of learning, feedback, and iterative improvement within squads.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices. Who are we looking for:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead in complex, multi-functional environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (e.g., Dev-Ops).
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage dependencies and resolve impediments across multiple squads.
- Experience in integrating change management and adoption activities within Agile delivery.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and driving performance improvements. What you'll get in return:
