coordination. Working alongside senior SMEs and technical specialists, you will ensure programmes are well-structured, properly governed, and executed efficiently. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, mobilisation, and delivery of workstreams within consulting engagements Manage programme governance, including status reporting, RAID management, and coordination of steering and working groups Act as a central point of coordination across client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical SMEs Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and risk functions Proactively identify and manage delivery risks and issues, driving resolution Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and dependencies Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder forums Support the creation of high-quality client deliverables and ensure delivery remains aligned to programme objectives About the Candidate: 3-5 years' experience in consulting delivery roles,
programme/project management, and Operational Resilience programmes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to manage delivery in complex environments (e.g. Financial Services, Public Sector, large enterprises) Strong delivery management capability, including planning, tracking, and reporting Experience working in or alongside technology-driven programmes (infrastructure, cloud, or security) Ability to confidently engage with technical stakeholders (architects, engineers) without needing to be hands-on Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Subject matter experience in resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, cloud transformation, infrastructure change, or cyber/data security, along with familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure, would be beneficial Exposure to regulated environments (particularly Financial Services), understanding of risk, controls and governance frameworks, and experience with delivery
