Delivery Assurance Support Analyst (PMO)(h / f)

We are looking for a Delivery Assurance Support Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that project initiatives within the organization are effectively managed, adhering to governance standards while promoting continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle. Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver independent assurance across various projects and programs.
• Facilitate lessons learned and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and arrange training sessions for individuals presenting at Delivery Assurance forums.
• Coach project managers and work closely with in-line PMOs.
• Own the life cycle waiver review process and track remediation actions.

• Experience in project or program assurance.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of Planview and Power BI or equivalent tools.
