Deliver Premium Matchday Hospitality at Villa Park! Experienced Waiters & Runners Wanted!

We're looking for experienced Waiters & Runners who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are committed to delivering first-class service to our guests in our premium lounges, restaurants and hospitality suites.

• Delivering professional, friendly and attentive table service to our hospitality guests.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
• Making menu and drinks recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Working confidently as both a Front of House Waiter and Runner, depending on operational requirements.
• Understanding and delivering multiple styles of service, including plated service, buffet service, canapé service and drinks service.
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, seamless service.
• Setting up and clearing hospitality areas before, during and after service.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
• Following all company and unit policies relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
  
  You must be aged 18 or over.
• A minimum of 1 year's experience as a waiter is essential.
• Previous experience in premium hospitality, corporate hospitality or restaurant service is required.
• Confident taking food and drink orders and making recommendations to guests.
• Strong understanding of hospitality orders of service and premium service standards.
• Comfortable working as both a Front of House Waiter and Runner throughout the event.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Able to remain calm, organised and professional in a fast-paced environment.
