Deli Counter Attendant - Nani's - London

You'll be working at the heart of the business, helping to prepare and serve our fresh food, look after customers and keep the counter running smoothly. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where good food, great service and teamwork are important.,

• Assist with the preparation and presentation of sandwiches, focaccias, flatbreads, salads and other deli items.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Keep the counter, displays and customer areas clean, tidy and well stocked.
• Replenish food, packaging and other counter supplies throughout the day.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen and wider team, particularly during busy periods.
• Help ensure Nani's high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained.
  
  Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
• Reliable, punctual and well organised.
• Able to work quickly and calmly in a busy environment.
• A positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a café, deli, restaurant or food service environment is essential.
• A genuine interest in good food and customer service.
