We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our highly skilled support staff team at Langley First School.

Are you someone who:

• Is confident and creative and enjoys building relationships working with children?


• Is able to inspire children through high expectations?


• Has experience of working with SEND children?


• Is looking for a new and exciting challenge, eager to initiate whole school projects and is keen to contribute to the future of our school?

The successful candidate should:

• Possess or be working towards NVQ Level 3 in 'Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools' (or equivalent)


• Have experience of delivering intervention work and one-to-one support for children.


• Have knowledge of SEND procedures


• Be an effective team player


• Be enthusiastic and self-motivated


• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Have a clear understanding of safeguarding issues
