Daytime and Evening Cleaning Supervisor

Ardingly College is seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to lead our daytime and/or evening cleaning team and help maintain the high standards expected across our campus.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, combining cleaning duties with team leadership. You will organise daily workloads, support and train colleagues, monitor standards, manage stock, and help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
We are interested in applications for:
Daytime Supervisor: Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day
Evening Supervisor: Sunday to Thursday, 2 hours per day

Experience cleaning to a high standard in a workplace environment
Good communication and organisational skills
A positive, flexible, team-focused approach
Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety practices (desirable)
Previous supervisory experience (desirable)
