Full Job Description
- Off loading bulk waste reception
- Processing of drummed and packaged waste, following route appropriate menus (e.g.
- Drum Line; Shredder; Air Lock/Bulk Feed (including Clinical); LLW; Drum
- Bulking/Greenhouse)
- Supporting stock control with movement of stock to assist sampling and process menu preparation
- Maintain stock control data through the use of Hazmat scanners for all stock movements and processing
- Manage the skip park to ensure safe segregation and loading of plant process residues.
- Operating a counter balance FLT - when trained
- Completing daily FLT safety checks What are we looking for?
- Process industry experience or similar
- Operational / manual handling experience Desirable:
- Basic awareness of Health & Safety legislation
- Awareness of chemical handling safe practices
- FLT experience, unloading wagons and vac tankers
