We are looking for a confident Day Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working full time, 42 hours a week (12 hour day shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Nightingale., Helping others improve and turn their lives around theres no better feeling. Nightingale is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
