Day Services Support Worker

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking charity during an exciting period of growth. You'll be part of a warm, friendly team, supporting adults with autism to develop their skills, independence, and confidence. Your role will be varied and engaging, involving activities such as:

• Arts and crafts
• Swimming and using the gym
• Working on our farm and walking alpacas
• Cooking and community-based activities, As a Day Services Support Worker, you'll embark on a fulfilling journey, providing essential support to adults with autism. Your day-to-day will be anything but ordinary, as you facilitate a wide range of activities from creative arts and music to outdoor adventures like farming and walking alpacas. You'll be a key part of a supportive team, helping individuals build confidence and learn new skills in a person-centred environment.

• Must pass a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
• GCSE Maths and English Grade 4/C or above or equivalent
