An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Guest Service Agent to be part of the Front Office Team at a Criterion Hospitality property located in Piccadilly Circus.
The company has built over a £4 billion property estate. We are renown for super prime properties centred around London's iconic Leicester Square through to Piccadilly Circus.

With four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London's bustling West End, we're looking for an experienced, vibrant and energetic Guest Service Agent to join our team.
What you will be doing
You will act as the 'face' of our company and ensure visitors receive a heart-warming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests' services.
As a Guest Services Agent, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. The ideal individual can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our reception team provides professional and friendly service to our customers and guests.
