We are seeking experienced Support Workers as key members of our team. Enfield Carers Centre, is a local charity providing holistic support to Carers across the borough with Home Care and Day Care as well as support to Carers.

Who Should Apply?

• The Person Specification provides you with a breakdown of the skills, knowledge and experience required to succeed in the role and highlights whether these are either essential or desirable to the role.


• This post is subject to an enhanced CRB/DBS check.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, engaging, safe space older /vulnerable adults


• Provide compassionate person-centred care and support


• Make a meaningful difference in the lives of those using the service


• Work closely with carers, family members and clients to achieve stated outcomes


• Assisting with low-level mobility (e.g. walking, gentle support, wheelchair assistance)


• Facilitating or helping to deliver individual and group activities
