Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to provide support to the Risk Managers and Head of Risk in the effective running of the Trust's Risk Management System (Datix). This will involve maintaining and developing the system and liaison with the software provider RLDatix., Administrate and maintain the Trust's Risk Management software to ensure suitability for purpose

Provide first-line IT and functional support to the Trust's Risk Management software users so that they can effectively and efficiently operate the system and overcome problems that may arise.

Provide comprehensive user support and advice on a day-to-day basis to staff
