About this Role
Kimbolton School is seeking a well organised, detail-orientated person to join our Alumni and Development Team. The role of the database & gift administrator is to ensure the data obtained on our former pupils, donors and potential donors, is accurate, and as helpful as possible. The successful candidate should ensure that the data is used well, that gifts are tracked and processed speedily and transparently, and that our data management practices comply with regulations and with the latest developments in educational fundraising.
It is essential that the successful candidate have experience of using databases or digital record keeping, as well as confidence using social media for research. Further qualifications with relevance to the role, such as business, data management etc are desirable, but not essential. A professional attitude and the ability to manage their own workload with high attention to detail are essential.
