Data & Strategy Analyst, Workforce Health and Wellbeing

What the day will look like On Reflection (approx. 3 days per week) you will: Support project launches - coordinate set-up, timelines and stakeholder updates for new client projects Produce reporting & insight - turn data into clear, client-ready outputs that tell a compelling story Create affirmations - help design and refine the statements used in the Reflection tool to ensure clarity, impact and alignment to client objectives. Support finances & contracting - assist with pricing inputs, statements of work, contracting steps and basic financial tracking. Enhance user experience - review journeys, feedback and results to suggest improvements for participants and clients. On Health, Wellbeing and Strategic Consulting (approx. 2 days per week) you will: Contribute to client projects across health, wellbeing and benefits strategy Analyse data, research and benchmarks to support evidence-based recommendations Help prepare presentations

proposals and workshops for clients and prospects Work closely with consultants to learn our end-to-end strategic consulting approach, building towards a full-time role in this team.
