Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with 7+ years of experience to support the development AI and analytics solutions in enterprise environments. You are a versatile data scientist who enjoys working at the intersection of data, analytics, and business problems, and can apply a range of techniques, from statistical modelling to machine learning, to generate actionable insights and scalable, production-grade solutions.,

  • Design, develop and validate machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions
  • Apply a combination of techniques such as statistical modelling, machine learning, optimization, and rule-based logic, depending on the use case
  • Contribute to data preparation, feature engineering, and model development workflows
  • Ensure models are developed with appropriate validation, monitoring, and performance tracking mechanisms
  • Incorporate explainability, transparency and robustness principles into model development
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers and architects to operationalize models in production environments
  • Support the development of end-to-end analytical solutions, from experimentation to deployment
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer and client enablement
  • Build constructive working relations across teams, functions and cultures and demonstrate KPMG behaviors and values

    7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning or advanced analytics
  • Strong experience with (un)supervised learning, statistical modeling and data analysis
  • Experience working with large-scale transactional or behavioral datasets
  • Strong programming skills in Python (including PySpark & ML libraries) and SQL
  • Experience with model validation, monitoring, and explainability techniques (e.g. SHAP)
  • Understanding of data engineering concepts and collaboration with engineering teams
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g. financial services, AML/KYC) is a strong advantage
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Azure)
  • Ability to translate complex analytics into business-relevant insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage
