  • Work with data, engineering, architecture and AI Centre of Excellence colleagues to design and embed scalable algorithms into AA platforms, products and channels.
  • Analyse trends, evaluate scenarios, assess risks and uncover insight that supports better business and customer outcomes.
  • Explore, onboard and use relevant data sources, ensuring data is appropriate, reliable and aligned to good data governance practice.
  • Communicate findings clearly through presentations, workshops and stakeholder conversations, translating technical insight into meaningful business recommendations.

Strong analytical capability, with experience applying data science, statistical modelling, visualisation and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to write efficient, well-structured queries and prototype new metrics.
  • Experience using machine learning algorithms and data science tools to develop practical, insight-led solutions.
  • The ability to structure complex or ambiguous business problems into clear analytical questions and actionable outputs.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting insight and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • An understanding of data governance, GDPR and responsible data use, with familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Unity Catalog, Git or Jira being beneficial.

We're always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do. As a valued member of The AA team, you'll have access to a range of benefits including:
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + holiday buying scheme
