The Data Science Manager will provide technical leadership across advanced analytics, machine learning and AI, guiding the development of predictive, forecasting and optimisation models. They will champion innovation by exploring new technologies and analytical techniques, including the responsible use of Generative AI, and support the deployment of scalable, robust and explainable models into production environments. The role also has significant stakeholder management responsibilities, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and translating complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Alongside this, the post holder will ensure compliance with data governance, risk and ethical standards, work collaboratively to improve data quality and contribute to the organisation's wider data and analytics strategy through continuous improvement and innovation.
