Data Science Lead

Principle Accountabilities

• Develop, test, and deploy advanced machine learning models, algorithms, and analytical solutionstoidentifypatterns, uncover insights, and solve complex business challenges.
• Translate business requirements into data science solutions, ensuring analytical initiatives align with strategicobjectivesandsupport executive decision-making.
• Research, implement, and continuously enhancedata science, machine learning, deep learning, and AI capabilities, contributing to the development of technical architecture and best practices.
• Establish robust model evaluation, validation, and monitoring frameworks, ensuring machine learning and Generative AI solutions are explainable, traceable, scalable, reliable, and capable of delivering measurable performance.
• Communicate and document data science outcomes effectively, presenting actionable insights to business and technology stakeholders, andmaintainingcomprehensive documentation.
• Support the wider data ecosystem,collaborating ondata preparation and ETL activities whererequired.
Skills and Experience Required
• Demonstrableprofessional experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
• Proficiencyin Python, SQL, and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data visualization tools.
• Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills.
