Data Privacy Lead - EMEA Firmwide Privacy Office

As an Data Privacy Lead within Firmwide Chief Data Office at JPMorgan Chase, you will support the development and execution of the firm's privacy program by working closely with senior privacy leaders and cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be vital in navigating privacy regulations and fostering a culture of data protection.,

• Supporting a broad range of projects to enhance the firm's privacy program.
• Support the design and implementation of critical programs across multiple privacy domains.
• Provide guidance on privacy requirements for new initiatives.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and support oversight activities.
• Assist in drafting and managing governance documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Conduct privacy maturity assessments and risk evaluations.
• Develop privacy controls and assist in delivering training programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the delivery of complex initiatives.
  
  Experience in privacy legal, DPO or compliance role.
• Proven ability to advise on privacy requirements for new initiatives.
• Experience with data protection impact assessments.
• Knowledge of global privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Ability to work independently and manage relationships across functions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Strong legal or compliance background.
• Experience in privacy at a financial institution.
• Familiarity with the three lines of defense model.
• Privacy certifications such as CIPP-E, CIPP-M, and CIPP.
• Understanding of AdTech and online tracking regulations.
