This is an exciting hybrid early-career role that brings together data analysis, Power BI dashboarding, SharePoint administration, and PMO coordination. You'll be using data to help project teams understand how the Southern Water AMP8 Framework is performing, building dashboards, organising information, and turning project data into clear, useful insights. -Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility of framework performance

-Using Excel, Power Query and DAX to transform project information into reliable reporting outputs

-Analysing trends and data gaps, translating them into simple, decision-ready insights

-Administering SharePoint-based lists, libraries and registers used by the PMO

-Coordinating PMO data returns and supporting governance forums, meeting packs and reporting calendars

You have strong analytical ability, curiosity and attention to detail

-You have experience in Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Excel, dashboards or business intelligence

-You're comfortable using SharePoint or willing to develop administration skills for structured information management

-You can translate data into insight and produce outputs that support decision-making

-You're confident communicating with stakeholders and have an interest in learning PMO and project governance
