Full Job Description

This is an important role supporting the effective running of the school's data and management information systems. Working closely with the Data & Systems Lead, you will take day-to-day responsibility for a range of student data, assessment, reporting and administrative processes, helping to ensure that information is accurate, up to date and available when needed.

The role includes coordinating assessment and reporting cycles, maintaining student records within Bromcom, administering parent-facing systems including MCAS and SchoolCloud, and supporting key annual processes such as the start of the academic year and statutory data returns.

You will work with colleagues across the school, including teaching staff, Heads of Department and pastoral teams, providing first-line support with data and MIS queries and helping to resolve issues efficiently.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and IT systems. You should be comfortable managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and communicating effectively with colleagues. Previous experience of a school MIS, particularly Bromcom, would be advantageous.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of established data processes and play a valued role in supporting the smooth operation of a busy secondary school.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
