Full Job Description
You'll work closely with curriculum teams, leadership and external organisations to help maintain the highest standards of data integrity, regulatory compliance and learner support, making a real difference to the success of our provision. The Data Officer will report into the Cluster Data Manager and work with colleagues at Accrington Academy and Marsden Heights Community College.,
- Manage and maintain the school's Management Information System (MIS)
- Ensure pupil data is accurate, up to date, and compliant
- Produce reports and analyse data for senior leaders
- Support attendance, admissions, and census returns
- Work closely with school staff to ensure the smooth running of data processes
We're looking for a Data Officer to join our team at The Hyndburn Academy. Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience or interest in school data?, Have excellent IT, organisational, and communication skills - Have a high attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information

- Someone who has excellent organisational skills and knowledge of different ICT packages available.
Salary: £25,000-£35,000 (FTE) plus benefits including: Local Government Pension, Health Care Cash Plan, Generous Staff Discount scheme, at least one personal leave day per year.
