We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and committed Data Manager who is excited by the prospect of joining us, as we move into our third year as a new school. Located in Wapping in east London, we value the skills and talents of all members of our diverse school community. We believe it is a privilege to be able to make a real difference to the life chances of the young people we serve through all the support roles we have in our school. We recognise and value continued professional development, so a wide range of training opportunities will be made available to you throughout your career with us. Could this be the role for you? Driven by a strong sense of moral purpose, you recognise the vital role that consistent, positive school attendance plays in shaping a child's future. You will bring determination, energy and empathy to your work, always striving for the best outcomes for our pupils and their families. Reflective and solution-focused, you will be a skilled practitioner with experience in safeguarding, social care, education-based pastoral support, or direct work with children and families. We are looking for someone who understands the challenges children and young people may face, and who can respond with professionalism, sensitivity, and confidence. Whether your background is already in attendance, in early help, family support, youth work, local authority services, or a similar field, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by improving attendance, supporting wellbeing, and ensuring that all children feel safe, included and ready to learn.
