Data, Examinations and Compliance Officer


Location: City of London, Greater London, GB, EC4N 6JD


Contract: Permanent


Working Pattern: Full Time


Hours: 36 hours per week over 48.95/49.62 weeks per year


Salary Range: Grade: S01 / S02; Actual pro rata salary £35,915.44 - £39,486.70 per annum


Salary (additional info): SO1 - SO2 (£38,256.00 - £42,060.00 per annum (pro rata))

Responsibilities



  • Be responsible for the administration of external and internal examinations, in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications regulations.

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of areas such as data analysis, Management Information Systems, compliance or examinations administration.

  • Lead a team of invigilators effectively.

  • Work well under pressure, think creatively, and use your initiative.

  • Learn, set up, and run new systems.


Candidate Requirements



  • In-depth knowledge of data analysis, Management Information Systems, compliance or examinations administration.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead a team of invigilators.

  • Ability to work under pressure and think creatively.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
