Full Job Description
Quality Maintain and develop the ingestion and modelling of CMS data within the CD&A environment Proactively validate data against front-end systems to ensure accuracy and integrity Identify, triage, and resolve data issues, carrying out root cause analysis where required Data Pipeline & Technical Collaboration Work closely with technical teams to maintain and enhance end-to-end data pipelines, from data capture through to client reporting Contribute to the ongoing optimisation of data architecture and processes Reporting & Visualisation Design and develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports to meet internal and business requirements Review and provide sign-off on technical solutions delivered within the Power BI service Stakeholder Support & Solution Design Translate business and client requirements into effective, data-driven solutions Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CD&A data and its sources Team Enablement Ensure the team has clear visibility of available data and
access to the tools needed to perform effectively Support continuous improvement in how data is accessed, used, and understood across the team Additional Responsibilities Support ad hoc data, reporting, and analysis tasks as required Essential Skills & Experience Strong experience working within a data-focused role Proficiency in SQL, data structures, and database architecture Experience with Microsoft tools, including full Power BI toolset Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions Experience delivering end-to-end data products (from requirement gathering to delivery) Understanding of data transformation, modelling, and reporting processes Background in insurance or legal sectors (or ability to quickly build domain knowledge) Experience working with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical outputs clearly What sets this role apart Opportunity to be part of a significant data transformation,
