Data Culture Analyst

We're looking for a Data Culture Analyst to join our Data Enablement team, part of our wider Digital Technology & Data function. In this role, you'll help colleagues across Co-op to make the most out of the data products available to them. Why this role matters In this role, you'll support our Data Culture Manager to deliver engaging communications and training to colleagues, and work alongside our Microsoft Power Platform team to help automate our processes wherever possible. What you'll do

• Deliver training on BI tools and products, helping colleagues build confidence and make effective use of data
• Engage with colleagues at all levels of seniority and deliver show and tells, super-user groups, champion communities etc
• Plan and create clear, accessible, and engaging communications that promote the value and capabilities of our data products
• Analyse user statistics to understand the uptake of data tools - using these insights to inform future planning
• Work alongside our Data Culture Manager to plan and deliver change projects across the team
  
  An understanding of various data products and how they apply to end-users
• An understanding of data literacy
• Good communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that is accessible for technical and non-technical audiences
• Good relationship-building and collaboration skills
