ISSData CoordinatorLocation: Portsmouth, PO6 4RSHours of work: 40Contract Type: PermanentWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support our Operational Team in ensuring the accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of core asset and contract data within our CAFM systems.This role plays a key part in the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Helpdesk operations by ensuring that all asset and scheduling data is compliant with legal regulations and building engineering standards.Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for full asset and PPM management, including the development and upkeep of maintenance schedules for physical assets.Key duties will include data gathering, asset loading, contract updates, and the continued integrity of the CAFM system.You'll also support mobilisation and transition activities, including data deployment plans and the implementation of system efficiencies to reduce errors and improve accuracy.In this role, you will maintain and update API integration mappings, review technician inputs, audit work activity, and ensure all data is processed in line with agreed procedures.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a methodical approach to data accuracy, and a proactive mindset looking to grow within a technically focused environment.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver work on time in line with contract transitions and ISS CAFM process timelines
- Adapt to new technologies and ways of working to improve asset data management
- Ensure consistent and predictable processing of asset-based data
- Load data changes into the Asset Management system and maintain API integration mappings with CAFM systems
- Support Operational and Technical Teams in ensuring accurate asset and contract data setup in CAFM for PPM planning
- Audit an agreed percentage of work activity, review technician comments, and update the work plan accordingly
