We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Compliance Coordinator to join our Clinical Research Group (CRG) in Manchester, supporting the management and delivery of UK clinical studies at our Manchester research site. Reporting to the Manager, Data Compliance, you'll join a close-knit team responsible for data management and compliance across our clinical research studies. Acting as an important link between clinical trial sponsors and the research site, you'll work directly with sponsor representatives while managing study and patient data, maintaining essential documentation and ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical trial information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in clinical research and gain valuable experience working across multiple studies in a global scientific organization. This is a fully onsite position in Manchester, working 37 hours per week. Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm WHAT YOU WILL DO: In this role, you will:

  • Support the management of UK clinical studies conducted through our Manchester site
  • Act as a key operational link between clinical trial sponsors and the research site
  • Work directly with sponsor representatives and clinical research stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate clinical study and patient data
  • Complete electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) data entry and resolve data queries
  • Maintain Investigator Site Files (ISF) and other essential study documentation
  • Coordinate data management and compliance activities across multiple studies
  • Prepare for monitoring visits and support timely follow-up actions
  • Help ensure study activities meet ICH/GCP, regulatory and data protection requirements
  • Perform quality checks to maintain high standards of data accuracy, completeness and integrity
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the site to support an efficient and positive clinical trial experience for participants

    Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in clinical research, data management, or related field
  • Technical certification may be required for certain positions
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) data entry and query resolution
  • Experience maintaining Investigator Site Files (ISF) and study documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control capabilities
  • Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple studies simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn and apply medical terminology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with monitoring visit preparation and follow-up
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance requirements
  • Physical ability to be stationary for extended periods and perform computer work
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
