- Supervising a team, ensuring productivity and compliance with SOPs
- Investigating and resolving queries and anomalies discovered during the course of routine work and reporting these to the Ops Manager
- In conjunction with the Ops Manager, mentoring and developing the team, addressing any performance issues and escalating as required
- Providing timely feedback to the Ops Manager
- Ensuring compliance within operations processes.
- Assisting with facility management, escalating issues as required
- Ensuring that the team achieve all productivity targets, and managing team members who fall short of the targets to meet the targets in the future.
- Managing the team to ensure that all SLA's are met on a daily basis.
- Creating Daily work plans and assigning jobs to team members.
