Full Job Description
· Ensuring they adhere to national and local Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and in accordance with company policy to ensure their own and the team's safety.
· For ensuring that due consideration is given to the potential adverse effects that Human Factors can have on the tasks undertaken.
· Ensuring that the standard of all associated paperwork or electronic documentation for work completed has been completed to the required standard, within the aircraft/component work pack, MoD F700 series, GOLDesp or GOLDesp MRO as applicable. This is to be completed in a timely manner.
· Ensuring compliance with the BDUK MRP 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and Platform Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) requirements.
· Ensuring all their personal accountabilities, responsibilities and authorities are met, in order to deliver first time quality.
· For working cross functionally within the maintenance planning and control team to support maintenance staff to work effectively and efficiently on the air system.
· For the auditing, updating and delivery of the electronic and hard copy records for the assigned aircraft and components IAW customer procedures and requirements as stipulated in the.
· Statement of Work (SoW).
· Support Maintenance, repair & Modification Teams.
· Provide Technical documentation for aircraft/component.
· Update Technical Records/Aircraft Document Set (IADS/ERCs).
· Update/management of GOLDesp as Custodian or equivalent.
· Update MoD Form 700.
· Audit MoD Form 700.
· Audit Maintenance work orders.
· Support the upload of archived maintenance work pack to BASE.
· Return original work pack for Archiving to customer.
· To administer/deliver/monitor/update the approved aircraft technical records in support of maintenance, repair and modification activity.
· Experienced in scheduled maintenance, repair and modification of aircraft and suitably trained on the aircraft type being worked.
· The ability to apply both their technical knowledge and human factors (HF) knowledge, with regard to assessing the requirements against the individual tasks being undertaken.
· A good communicator, with the ability to communicate the technical work requirements to others.
· Possess a working knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Regulatory Publication (MRP) Part 145, BDUK Part 145 MOE, aviation Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety Management System (SMS) and application of these requirements within their area of accountability, responsibility and authority.
· Capable and experienced in sequencing and controlling demanding workloads, on time, to budget and to the required standard.
· Capable of understanding and interpreting Technical Documents, Technical Drawings and associated Authorised Technical Publications/Aircraft Documentation Set.
· Capable of working and communicating within management levels, cross functional areas and the customer effectively.
