Data and Asset Analyst

We're looking for a Data Manager to take ownership of the consistency, quality, governance and evolution of asset and operational data across our Santander account

Data consistency & governanceOwn data quality and integrity across systems, with particular focus on Ostara CMMSImplement and maintain robust data governance, validation and change control processesEnsure data standards support both operational delivery and reporting requirementsAsset & workflow data managementWork closely with Asset Managers and CAD Planners to build and maintain clear asset hierarchies, classifications and location structuresIdentify critical data points within engineering and FM workflows and ensure they are captured consistentlyAsset collection & validationLead the use and optimisation of asset data collection toolsSupport engineering teams and supply chain partners to capture accurate data during mobilisation and through the asset lifecycleOperational workflow mappingUnderstand and document operational workflows to identify data touchpointsEmbed data capture into processes to support performance management and insightCollaboration & insightWork with the Arcus Data

Essential experience and skillsStrong understanding of facilities management and engineering asset dataExperience working with CMMS platforms (ideally Ostara) and asset management systemsProven capability building and managing data taxonomies and asset hierarchiesSolid experience in data validation, governance and change controlAbility to translate operational workflows into clear data requirementsExperience supporting reporting and analytics using tools such as Power BI, SQL, DAX or Power QueryExcellent attention to detail, with a proactive and analytical approachStrong communication skills, able to work effectively across technical and operational teams DesirableFamiliarity with SFG20 standardsUnderstanding of data warehousing concepts and structured da
