• Senior business stakeholders across underwriting, claims, pricing and finance
• Enterprise, solution and security architects
• Data engineering, analytics and data science teams
• Governance and data ownership communities
• Technology and transformation leadership
What you'll be doing
• Owning and shaping enterprise and solution data architecture across insurance domains
• Designing modern cloud-based data platforms, including Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) architectures
• Producing and maintaining conceptual, logical and physical data models
• Acting as a design authority, presenting options and recommendations at architecture forums
• Supporting data products, analytics and AI use cases (pricing, claims, exposure, reporting)
• Defining and embedding data governance, quality, lineage and master data approaches
• Translating complex insurance operating models into scalable, governed data designs
• Engaging senior stakeholders and turning technical architecture into clear business outcomes

  Proven experience as a Senior / Lead / Enterprise Data Architect
• Strong background in Insurance and the London Market
• Experience designing cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Strong data modelling, governance and analytics knowledge
• Comfortable operating at enterprise level, influencing senior stakeholders
