Full Job Description
This role focuses on gathering, validating, and analysing data from multiple sources to produce accurate reports and dashboards for stakeholders across the organisation. It supports both operational and strategic decision-making by identifying key trends and insights within the data. Working closely with internal teams, the role helps to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective data solutions. It also offers an opportunity for you to contribute fresh ideas, new ways of working, and innovative technologies aligned with your studies. Please note: this role includes a Level 6 Digital Leader Accelerator Apprenticeship. Study is completed remotely during working hours and runs alongside your role at PDSA, with approximately 9 hours per week allocated to learning. Digital Leader Accelerator Apprenticeship: The Digital Leadership Accelerator is a degree-level pathway for an ambitious digital, data, and technology individual. This is a 32-month apprenticeship programme, including a two-month End Point Assessment (EPA), leading to a BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology awarded by Kingston University. It is delivered under the Digital and Technology Solutions Professional Level 6 Apprenticeship Standard. This apprenticeship standard is fully funded by PDSA and delivered by Corndell. For a Level 6 apprenticeship, it is ideal to have GCSEs at Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in Maths and English. If you do not already hold these qualifications, you will be supported to achieve Level 2 Functional Skills in both subjects before completing the apprenticeship. You should ideally have completed study at college or A-level (or equivalent) and be ready for degree-level learning, with the ability to engage in academic study, complete independent learning, and apply critical thinking in a work-based environment.
