Full Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Data Analyst and Examination Support to join our outstanding school. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills and have experience with data querying, manipulation and profiling as well as skills in data visualisation and reporting while ensuring data accuracy, completeness and consistency. Candidates should have experience of working in a school environment and in particular with the Schools Management Information System (Arbor) together with various data analysis tools and systems such as SISRA Analytics and ALPS. Candidates should enjoy working as part of a team, be able to work under pressure, be attentive to detail and have excellent communication skills. This includes liaising with staff, students, parents/carers, other schools/colleges and other educational organisations You should be committed to inclusion and the well-being of every child and be an outstanding role model in your own practice. A part of this role includes supporting the Examinations Manager on the administration of internal and external exams and to assist with developing, maintaining and reviewing efficient and effective systems in respect of examinations data, entries and procedures. It will involve working with the attached member of the Senior Leadership Group in the management of student data to interpret, analyse and prepare accurate data on student attainment and to drive school improvement.
