Full Job Description
In this role, you'll support the service to deliver high-quality, person-centred care by ensuring our data is accurate, timely and meaningful. You'll analyse performance data, identify trends, produce reports for senior leaders and commissioners, and help drive continuous service improvement.
Working closely with managers, practitioners and our national Data & Performance team, you'll become the go-to person for data quality, reporting and performance insight. Your work will directly influence how we improve outcomes for the people we support.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail and is confident interpreting complex information. You'll also be someone who enjoys collaborating with others, supporting colleagues and finding practical solutions to improve performance.
This is more than a data role. Behind every spreadsheet, report and performance target is a person working towards recovery. Your work will help ensure people receive safe, effective and high-quality support, giving them the opportunity to rebuild their lives, reconnect with family and friends, return to work or education, and achieve goals that matter to them.
We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and compassionate. You'll have excellent communication skills, enjoy working collaboratively and be able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
If you're someone who is a good listener, stays curious, and wants to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation where you'll play a key role in ensuring our service delivers high-quality, data-driven support to the people who need it most.
At Via, our mission is to provide the best health and wellbeing support to as many people as possible, helping them to change their lives for the better.
Last year, we supported over 11,000 people across the UK affected by alcohol and drug use.
Everything we do is driven by our values:
· Care. Care for people is at the heart of everything we do.
· Be human. We are accessible, genuine and humble. Always learning.
· Do the right thing. We're open, honest and inclusive. We get things done.
We want to recruit the very best talent. We believe in nurturing a positive workplace culture where our colleagues feel valued, recognised, empowered, and supported.
