Damp & Mould Operative

Attending properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues

Assessing severity and applying appropriate treatment methods

Providing advice to Customers on prevention and maintenance

Working to specifications and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements

Collaborating with supervisors, schedulers and wider teams to meet deadlines

Recording work activity and completing required documentation

Experience in property maintenance or a relevant trade background

Full UK driving licence

Due to the area this patch covers, you will need to be based within the advertised postcode
