They are looking for someone to to become a proven team player, learning how to represent the company in a positive and professional manner. You will advise and assist internal and external customers to ascertain which parts are required, supply all necessary vehicle and trailer parts required to satisfy their needs, and obtain non-stocked items as quickly as possible As an Apprentice, this opportunity will give you the chance to learn and experience the following; You'll help advise and assist customers both external and internal (service/sales) to ascertain which parts are required and supply them. Learn how to communicate and work closely with Bell Truck and Vans' customers, both internal and external, and ensure that they are always kept informed about the progress of orders Support other members of the team in the loading / unloading of collection/ deliveries Learn about the correct procedures for warranty and repair & maintenance and surcharges in line with BTS and MB procedures To liaise with MB personnel as required for technical information and communicate to other colleagues and line manager if appropriate To assist in keeping the whole department, shelving, equipment and vehicles clean and tidy Learn and develop skills to support in achieving parts/accessory sales targets and how to promote/recommend any special promotions or sales incentives. Become proficient and efficient with the Company's Health & Safety Policy and ensure that you carry out all your work legally To attend company/MB meetings and training courses as and when appropriate To assist in stock checks and to ensure that all paperwork associated with the department is completed correctly and passed to the correct department on time. Working Week Monday-Friday
English and Maths at GCSE C/4 or above required Personal Qualities
- Ability to build and sustain positive relationships - Working with the customer to build professional relationships to maximise sales opportunities and meet the customer's needs
- Trustworthy - Managing own workload, ensuring the customers are kept up to date
- Forward thinker, using own initiative under pressure - Be able to overcome any obstacles that present themselves under pressure whilst ensuring the customer's needs are still met. Skills Required

- Organisation skills - keeping the customer up to date on progress
- Be driven to maximise potential sales opportunities Training to be Provided The qualification is aimed at individuals more advanced in their interpersonal skills and with experience of working with customers. The Customer Service Specialist Level 3 qualification will include Function Skills at Level 2 unless exemptions apply.
