Your primary responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership to maintain high standards of care, championing a recovery-focused culture, and participating in a variety of governance meetings and service development discussions. You will also oversee the medical team's involvement in audits and quality improvement projects, ensuring continuous learning and development. Additionally, as a consultant psychiatrist, you will review referrals, conduct admission assessments, participate in risk management, and supervise both consultant psychiatrists and
trainees, striving for a team that prioritizes safe and effective patient care. Professional registration is mandatory for this position.
