Full Job Description

  • Develop and implement cyber security training and awareness programs
  • Lead the creation of engaging training materials and resources
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of security
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for employees
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and practices
  • Report on training outcomes to senior management
  • Foster relationships with external partners for collaborative training efforts
  • Provide support and guidance on security policies and procedures

  • Proven experience in cyber security education and training
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to engage and motivate a diverse audience
  • Experience in developing training materials and awareness programs
  • Relevant certifications in cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable
  • Project management skills to oversee training initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness
  • Minimum of three years experience in a related field
