Full Job Description
We are seeking a confident and creative CUX Event Coordinator to join an outsourced Curated Experience (CUX) team, responsible for delivering an engaging programme of workplace events.
This role plays a key part in creating an engaging, inclusive and vibrant office environment that supports wellbeing, culture and collaboration., We are looking for an individual with proven events experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to both structured cultural programmes and introduce new, innovative ideas, while managing events end-to-end and engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver a programme of events aligned to key cultural and seasonal themes (e.g. International Women's Day, Pride Month, Black History Month)
Develop creative concepts and activations for both structured initiatives and more flexible periods (e.g. summer and family-focused events)
Manage events end-to-end, including planning, coordination and delivery
Oversee budgets and raise purchase orders in line with event requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders including Security, Catering/F&B teams, suppliers, vendors and the GoTo team
Create event materials and promotional content (e.g. posters, leaflets, Canva designs)
Support communications and engagement campaigns to maximise participation
Ensure seamless event logistics and coordination across all activities
Previous events experience (essential)
Confident and personable, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong customer-focused mindset
Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Reliable, proactive and highly organised
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment, Disability Confident
