Full Job Description
You'll support the Customer Voice Lead in developing a strong customer voice framework that shapes customer-facing services. You'll work with customers and colleagues across the organisation to ensure all customers have the opportunity to share their views through a range of engagement and involvement methods. As our Customer Voice Coordinator, you'll ensure consultation sessions are well organised and run smoothly, that all feedback is accurately recorded and that customers have a positive experience when engaging with the organisation.
- A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- An understanding of social housing and/or community development.
- Able to engage effectively with customers and actively listen to their views and build rapport
- Able to remain calm and professional when handling pressure, sensitive situations, and conflict.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of IT systems and software packages.
