- Welcome customers and provide front of house reception support
- Create engaging individual and group activities that reflect personal interests
- Promote and review activities to help customers achieve their goals
- Support customers to connect with and feel part of their local community
- Enable customers to continue to live life on their terms (If you have experience as a Wellbeing Assistant, Activities Coordinator, supporting others to live their life to the fullest, or promoting independence, we'd love to hear from you)., Sanctuary Group encourages and welcomes applications from people from diverse backgrounds to support our commitment to offering an inclusive environment for our employees and customers. - Ability to develop and lead activities that involve and inspire customers
- Strong interpersonal and customer care skills
- Confidence in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
- This role may require weekend working so a flexible approach is required
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
