opportunities within a growing businessThe RoleAs a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey, ensuring requests are managed efficiently and delivering a high standard of service at every stage.You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues and help ensure projects are delivered successfully.Key responsibilities include:Acting as a primary point of contact for customer enquiriesManaging customer requests and projects from initiation through to completionCoordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliveryMonitoring service levels and proactively managing customer expectationsInvestigating and resolving customer queries and escalationsSupporting contract administration, renewals and new business activitiesMaintaining accurate records and updating internal systemsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer
experienceAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.You'll ideally have:Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or coordination roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA professional and customer-focused approachGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and WordStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolutionExperience working in a fast-paced environmentExperience within the utilities, construction, infrastructure or service sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.Why Energy Assets?At Energy Assets, people are at the heart of our success.
