Customer Support Coordinator

The Service Desk Analyst provides 1st and 2nd line technical support to Modulaire London HQ users and Algeco UK colleagues. The role delivers high-quality assistance across hardware, software, and modern workplace tools via phone, email, in-person support, and remote access. This position is customer-focused, proactive, and central to ensuring a seamless IT experience for all users.,

• Deliver a high standard of customer service for all IT support
• Take ownership of incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication throughout.
• Log and manage all tickets within the service management system, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Provide hands-on support for London HQ users, including meeting room technology, onboarding, and device setup.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams where
• Coordinate with external suppliers when issues require third-party
• Support users with training, guidance, and best-practice advice on IT tools and
• Perform administrative tasks including ticket analytics, reporting and contributing to asset management.
• Identify recurring issues, propose improvements, and contribute to root-cause
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and SOX

Work Experience: · Previous Helpdesk (telephone support) experience. · Experience of using call logging software. · Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 11. · Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation). · Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. · Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration. · MCP certification would be desirable. · Thorough knowledge of Service Desk operations to include a good knowledge of IT best practices, industry trends and customer service. · Capability to manage several tasks in parallel whilst working in a team. · Experience of mobile devices and MDM solutions (Android and Apple).
