Providing first line customer support for our online learning platform 'Click' - support with forgotten passwords, course information, system advice, new customer setup, trouble shooting & logging technical queries.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm / 9.00am - 5.30pm. 37.5 hours a week.
