Customer Supply Projects and CI expert (9 month ftc)

And that's where this job comes in. what you'll be doing Leading Customer Supply through a series of transformational projects, delivering the change that is going to set-up our supply chain for the fruiture. You'll be our representative on a number of vital projects, e.g. value chain, pallet optimisation and others yet to be defined. You'll also support any project where customer supply Contributing to that transformation - whether by gathering and interrogating input from the rest of the team, holding others to account on delivery or backfilling other responsibilities where project resource is time-consuming. You'll also be continuous Improvement lead within Customer Supply - responsible for identifying and delivering efficiencies above and beyond those we're already after. you'll have

• A strong understanding of forecasting, warehousing, logistics, and our customers - able to represent the particulars of these disciplines into technical projects simply and effectively.
• A proven ability to deliver improvement through yourself and others, including the tenacity to drive though change in the face of resistance. A motivated self-starter.
• The authority to deliver through others and hold internal stakeholders to account for project delivery.
• An understanding of commercial, marketing or other parts of the supply chain would be an advantage.
• Understanding and experience of innocent's project delivery framework.
