At IRIS, we are passionate about helping customers get the most value from our software. As Team Leader for our Customer Success Managers, you will lead a team responsible for driving customer retention, engagement, adoption and long-term value across our Accountancy customer base.
Reporting into the Customer Success Director, you will coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring they deliver excellent customer experiences, strong renewal performance and clear customer value.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience within Customer Success, Account Management or Retention who enjoys developing people, improving processes and building strong customer relationships., Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead, motivate and coach a team of Customer Success Managers
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and development conversations
Set clear objectives and expectations across retention, renewals, adoption and customer engagement
