Customer Strategy and Support Project Lead - Temporary until December 2027

You'll help turn customer feedback and plans into meaningful improvements by:

• Keeping customer projects and actions on track.
• Coordinating our Customer Delivery Group.
• Supporting our customer survey and analysing feedback.
• Turning insight into practical recommendations and actions.
• Providing clear updates to senior leaders.
It's a varied role offering the chance to build your project, stakeholder and customer insight experience while contributing to better services for our customers.

We're looking for an organised, proactive Customer Strategy and Support Project Lead to join us temporarily while the current postholder takes up a development secondment. You don't need to be a customer experience specialist. If you're good at coordinating activity, working with others and turning information into practical action, we'd love to hear from you. You'll bring:
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
• Confidence working with colleagues and stakeholders.
• The ability to identify themes and turn insight into action.
• An interest in customer experience and continuous improvement.
