- Raise job orders based on internal requests and customer specifications.
- Input, update, and maintain data in internal systems with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure job details are correctly recorded, and job statuses are updated.
- Maintain a well-organised filing system, both physical and digital.
- Assist with tracking job progress and communicating with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Process and review reports related to job orders and other administrative data.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, including handling client queries, and preparing correspondence.
- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity through regular updates and checks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data entry and job management.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for, organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently., Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly with data entry or job order management, is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting and managing data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, with a strong problem-solving attitude.
